Animate Commons publish template for new Animate CC versions

The Animate Commons templates no longer work in Animate 2017 or 2018. They still work in Animate CC 15.2. I have attempted to create a new publish template for 2018 by adding the  Animate Commons script after $ANIMATE_CC_SCRIPTS and before $SCRIPT_START, just like it appears in the working Animate Commons publish template. The files does display in a browser, which is an improvement, but parallax is not working.
