Animate crash on opening

I'm using Adobe Animate with an Enterprise account. Everytime I try to load Animate it crashes after the main page comes up and I have to force quit to get out. I have tried reinstalling. I'm not having problems with the other software like Photoshop or InDesign.

If it still crashes, can you please tell which version of Animate you're using? Also the OS - win or mac?
