Animate keeps crashing whenever I open a project, 2020 and 2019.

In both Adobe Animate 2020 (v20+) and 2019 (19.2.1), the program freezes, then eventually crashes when (1) creating a new project and (2) when opening up an existing project.  This only just started two days ago (at the time of this post) and I've reinstalled Animate, changed that one folder from "Animate" to "Animate_old," and installed Animate 2019 instead of 2020.  Nothing has seemed to work.  Anything that would help with this?

Hello kglad,

This method didn't work.  I got just a bit farther, but crashed right as it was about to show the workspace.

Alright, so I double-checked, and did the reset again, and the problem seems to have been resolved.  Thank you.

great, (and you're welcome)
