Hello,

I have a big problem, when exporting a file video, after the encoder had done his djob, while opening the new mp4 file, i have no sound at all. I'm on the trial version, is it because of that?

That has been a problem in the past that I thought was fixed, but maybe it hasn't. You ought to be using AS3 FLA for animating to export to video, assuming you are, the problem that came up before is that if you have Stream sync audio that starts in frame 1, it can end up being silent. Try moving the start of the sound to frame 2.

Oddly enough; I'm experiencing this now in 2025... you'd think Adobe would have patched it by now.

Oh by 2025 I mean the year not an Adobe Animate 2025 version

Adobe will probably kill Animate like they did with all the other Macromedia software. Very sad because it is brilliant software.

Nope, definitely not because of that. The trial version comes with all features of the purchased version.  The issue is specific to your computer. Can you try reproducing this issue with another sound file in your project?
