Animate won't let me change audio export quality

So I've always changed the audio quality to make it actully sound good by going into publish settings and chaging the audio stream settings to a higher quality, but now when I look there I can't find those settings anywhere! Please help, I'm on a deadline.

canvas? you can't control sound quality.

as3, the controls are in the publish settings between output name and the advanced section

Your file might be Canvas instead of AS3.

Change your file type and the audio quality settings will appear.

oh yeah I did change the file type to a quicktime, that might be the issue
