Animated gif, speed between images

Hi!
I am new with Animate. I have imported 3 separate gif-files (250x360 pxl).

Where in the program can I find the speed-setting between these 3 images?

I want each image to show about 3 sek.

    Animate doesn't control frame rates for individual imported items - especially GIF image sequences. If you imported them to the stage, check your timeline and you should see keyframes. I recommend adjusting the amount of frames between each keyframe to change the timing based on the documents' frame rate.
