Animation looks fine in program but when previewed/exported its not correct.

Hi I'm trying to finish/export my first project with the program and all was going well and I was happy with the results until I tried to preview in browser and it looks very odd like the images shrunk and are doing strange things. First image is what the canvas looks like in Animate and second is what it looks like in browser.

Not sure what happened. Let me know what other info I can give to help figure this out. Again its my first time using the program so I may just be missing some setting or something.
