Bucket not filling

So I updated my Adobe animate and I wanted to fill in a shape and it wont work. I've even put it on object drawing mode but it still isnt working. Is there anything I can do to fix it

- Restore Preferences - http://adobe.ly/1JE8LIl

- Reinstall Adobe Animate after uninstalling with the CC cleaner https://adobe.ly/2IWqFdi

- Try updating your graphic drivers from the manufacturer's site
