Can't click anything on Animate, just weird error sound

I actually found the answer in case this happens to anyone and gets frustrated. For some reason I opened my program and I couldn't click anything. No button, no create new, no open, nothing. It was just like a window popped up and that's that, click anywhere and even try to exit, it'll give that error windows sound. Sadly, there's (hopefully in your case) a white block in the corner that you click. Should disappear, then be able to click anywhere. Frustrated me so hope this helps anyone out there.

    I moved my account from personal to enterprise. After migrating I am ending up with the above-mentioned error but, clicking on the white box is not working for me. Can anyone help me on this. Thank you.
