Converting FLA file

I am getting an error message "not able to open the FLA file" in Animate? 

Is there any other way I can convert this FLA file to MP4?

try using a prior animate version to open.

Just as @kglad said: It's a bug in the current version 23.0.2 of Animate. It can't open older FLA files.

If you install 23.0 or 22 your file will open fine.

If it's only one file you have trouble with, you can upload it somewhere and I will convert it to the new FLA format for you. You can PM me with the link if you don't want to post it in public.
