I bought the animation cc last year $250. But this is the second time the errors open up every time that needs someone to fix it on my mac.

Did redesign's answer help? Do you need more assistance? If so, can you rephrase your question providing details of what you are trying to do, and the error you are running into?

    Thanks,

If you are talking about removing the length of the timeline between 2 points, You should be able to select all the frames in the range you want to delete and then right click and select remove frames.
