Question

Don't see that I drew

Hello guys,

I'm new at animating and I started with this literally a couple of days ago. I downloaded Adobe Animate and was doing the first exercise by drawing a "bouncing ball", but when I tried to draw anything I saw my drawing area empty and white. Although the timeline below the drawing area showed the figures that I drew.

I tried to figure out what I did wrong and how can I fix this, but my language segment part of the internet doesn't have the information that I need. Can anybody explain to me how can I "turn on" my Adobe Animate, please? 😄

Sorry for my English and thank you for reading this!

    Hi mate,

There are plenty of threads on this issue here.

I have never seen a solution.

From a vague post by one of the devs I can imagine that you are facing hardware or software incompatibility.

What OS are you running Animate on? If it is Windows 7, then it is not supported. If it is Windows 10, update your OS and video divers.

If you use 7, find an older version of Animate. Possibly Animate 18 could run OK. If you search the forum you will find official links that may still be available.

    Good luck
