Flash CS6 Pro stuck on Initializing Fonts

Hi!

Whenever I try to startup Flash, it would always get stuck on the splashy screen and crash with no warning on "Initializing Fonts"

At one point the other day, it actually started up after a ton of tries! But once I tried to reopen it, it did the same thing, crash but a lot quicker.

I've already tried to delete the professional settings, but it didn't work. I looked for the fontinfo.txt file too, but it isnt there.

Please help!

reset your preferences -

flash:  http://helpx.adobe.com/flash/kb/re-create-preferences-flash-professional.html

(or remove Win:  C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Adobe\Animate CC <version>\ and

                                  C\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Animate\<version>\

                        Mac:   /Users/<username>/Library/Application Support/Adobe/<Animate CC version>/ and

                                    /Users/<username>/Library/Preferences/Adobe/Animate/<version>/)

if that fails, check your fonts for corruption.
