How do i remove the white banners beside the html web

I would like some help on how to remove the white banners beside the web?

I have looked into publish/responsive settings, but no changes?

Do I have to code to make the screen fullsize?

if you're scaling to fill, you need to select stretch (which will probably change your aspect ratio)
