There is an option with a command that you have to create a one-line symbol, and use the command to distribute symbol along a path. Then you break the symbols and you have it.

If you mean convert the line to individual strokes that stay like strokes instead of filled shapes then no, it can't be done.

As far as I know it can be done by script in illustrator

Have you tried to use the pencil tool? you can do a dashed line with that tool.

you probably didn't get what i mean,i want to say,already drawn dashed line,How to convert to multiple individual line segments。

OK use the pencil tool to draw your dashed lines. Then select the dotted line. Then go to the top menu modify/shape/convert lines to fill. Each one of your dashes should now be individual. Hopefully, this works for you.
