How to export an imported video

So I imported a video file into my project via the import > import video > and embed H.624. and made a few animations on top of that video file. 

But when I try to export it, the embedded video did not get exported. It only export the animation I made on top of that video file.

 

Is there something I can do to export all of them? both the animation I made and the video file

    Export the animation with an Alpha channel, either as a PNG Sequence or MOV and combine the source video and the animation in Premiere or After Effects.

    (It should also be possible to use a SWF or maybe even a FLA in AE.)
