How to launch Animate when is on screen

Hi:

I have an Animated HTML5 on my website, but I want it to start just when it is on viewport.
Please, explain me step to step 😉

    normally, it will start when loaded in a browser window.  however, if there's sound and/or video some user interaction (ie, a click) will be required to play the sound/video.

    There is no sound or video, just an animation...

    Even though it will be at the end of a long page, it won't start till it is on viewport?
