How to make a button active under a click button in HTML5 Ad

Hi folks, Im new to Animate and not a coder and trying to make an HTML5 Ad. I have a Click Button over the whole page of the Ad, but also have a disclaimer link button underneath that I need people to be able to click on without the Click Button above it activating first. Would someone be able to help me on how this is done. Im guessing I need some code somewhere to stop the Click button when hovering over or clicking the disclaimer link but have no idea how to do that. Any help would be much appreciated. Cheers Gia

why not just create a click button that covers what you want and doesn't cover what you don't want it to respond to?

Thanks, yes I thought of that, but I have inherited the artwork from someone who has already set it up working with the click button over the whole Ad and then the disclaimer link underneath and the the click button doesnt activated when clicked when the Ad is live and the link is clicked on. I just wanted to find out how to do it so I can redo it on other Ads in the future and I cant ask the developer. Cheers

just edit the hit frame of the overlying button. you don't need to change any of the artwork.
