Question

How to pause a motion tween and then continue?

I've got a mountain moving right left and zooming out.

I need the mountain to pause for a few frames then carry on, then pause again for a few frames and then carry on. I'm using a motion tween.

Any ideas how to achieve this please?

Thank you in advance.

    Hi.

Press F6 to create two subsequent keyframes that have identical transformation values for the instance.

Thank you for replying to my question, and providing a video. Much appreciated.

Can this be done if you've already created the motion tween from start to finish, but want to go back and add keyframes?

    You're welcome.

One way of achieving what you want is to press F6 to insert a keyframe and then duplicate this newly created keyframe by Alt/Option + dragging it to another frame.
