I Have No Advanced Publish Settings

I want to use the outline text opetion for exporting in HTML5 canvas, I keep seeing tutorials and images of this illusive advanced settings, but alas, I seem to simply not have that despite using the latest version of Adobe Animate CC 2020.

Where are the settings?
