I tried to use ADOBE ANIMATE recently and found some of my menu items are in a foreign language...

The alternate language appears randomly but it makes some of my menu items un-identifiable. As you can see in the screenshot of the dropdown menu, its a pain. It is not my Creative Cloud setting (which is English) nor are there any language settings in the Animate program that I can find in preference, etc. However, this seems like a bug that can be fixed. PLEASE help!

Try to do a uninstall and reinstall.

its something else. its appears to be a conflict with another app. sometimes the language will becorrect and then when i run UNITY (3D game creation engine) it corrupts animate's menu. but that is unconfirmed.
