Issue with exporting to video/media in Animate

Hi All please i need help as i need to depend on others for delivering my work.

As i am facing this issue since last 4 month.   whenever i tried to export my animation to video/media my media enconder gives the below error 

i tried uninstalling and reinstalling both software (animate and media encoder) but still unable to resolve this issue. also tried installing the older version of media encoder.

Machine specification: Mac OS
