Mask not rendering after October 2018 update

I can see the mask working properly in the preview, but it doesn't work when I render the movie to a swf or as a video. The layers are visible and locked.

If you could help us a bit here, can you try installing the previous version of Adobe Animate, and let us know if it works on that version?
