Been using Animate for 3 years now and always used Ctrl + Mouse Wheel to zoom in or out. Now it's not working. How do I get this feature back?

Do you have any more specifics? I'm not super computer savvy so it's hard to follow your advice

uninstall animate including preferences per https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html
I uninstalled animate and restarted my computer. then reinstalled and the zoom is still not working with Ctrl + Mouse wheel like it was before
