Newbie question about timeline

Hello, I am wondering why my timeline changed so that i am unable to view entire span of timeline (all the frames in one view) even though i am zoomed out.  Also, the markers for keyframes and frames are different.  What have i done to myself? Haha.

    Be sure and set Timeline view option to "standard":
