Open DMX USB Interface working with AIR 64bit desktop app?

Has anyone used anything like the Enttec Open USB DMX USB interface with Adobe AIR desktop apps built in AIR 20+

I understand that in the past there was a DMX NativeExtension that helped, but as of AIR 20 these will not work. I have tried rebuilding an ANE as 64bit recently but it seemed too complicated and indeed flawed to get working.

I'd love to see a working example if anyone has one please!
