Pen Mapping - Animate "Forgets"

Wacom pen mapping settings won't work in Adobe Animate 20.0.2, but will work for other Adobe programs (Photoshop and Illustrator). I configure the map to apply to only a portion of the tablet in the top left. This top left mapping works for other Adobe programs, as well as general OS navigation, Chrome, Spotify, etc. As soon as I enter Adobe Animate, it no longer uses the previously defined pen map. The pen acts as if the map included the tablets entire width and height.

I have updated Wacom drivers.

I have restarted computer.

I have unplugged/plugged tablet in.

Only fix: older versions of Animate (20.0)

Please help.

Thanks!

I'm using a Wacom "Inutos Art, Comic, Photo, 3D (2015) on Windows 10 Home.

    There is a fix available for these mapping/drawing related issues in the recent update (v20.0.3) available in Creative Cloud Desktop app. After installing please follow below steps.

    1. Edit-->Preferences-->Edit Preferences-->Drawing-->Tablet Input-->Windows Ink(Beta)-->Press OK
    2. Open a new/created document for the changes to take place.

    Note: Please be aware this option is a beta version and let us know if you face any issues with the same.

    Hi mate,

    You have already found the solution.

    Stay with the older version until they fix this mess.
