Pen not moving in Flash Pro

I'm new and something isn't right,

When I open up Flash Pro and try to move my cursor around with my graphics tablet (Huion H640P) the cursor doesn't move. I'm using Windows 10 BTW.

Ensure that all your drivers are up to date. Visit the manufacturer's site to confirm that you have the latest drivers installed on your computer.
