Problem with lip sync VISEMES, HELP!!

When I try to lip sync to audio in Adobe Animate, I cannot find my 12 vimeses. 

I can only pick one of the twelsve vimeses. How can I fix this problem so that I can pick all the mouth shapes??

PLEASE HELP!!!
