Hi Adobe gurus

I am having a problem with Animate suddenly not exporting video/media

I get this error message...

"Adobe Media player failed to encode, plesae check the status in Adobe Media encoder queue for more details"

But there's nothiong in the queue when I look

I have tries deleting preference, uninstalling ans re installing both apps, but nothong works

Any ideas?

I haver a job i need to export as a movie and I am totally stuck!

thanks

I've tried both ways. Same thing.

however, I have now discovered that if I create a new animate file and export, it works, I can even make changes and re export and it works, but when I save the animate file, the export stops working

i can't export any animates file that has been saved, only new files before they have been saved

my file is a full had animation at 30 fps and I've tried both action script 3 and html 5 and get the same problem
