But there's nothiong in the queue when I look

I have tries deleting preference, uninstalling ans re installing both apps, but nothong works

Any ideas?

I haver a job i need to export as a movie and I am totally stuck!

as a test, save on your desktop with a name containing only alphanumeric characters.

thanks

I've tried both ways. Same thing.

however, I have now discovered that if I create a new animate file and export, it works, I can even make changes and re export and it works, but when I save the animate file, the export stops working

i can't export any animates file that has been saved, only new files before they have been saved

my file is a full had animation at 30 fps and I've tried both action script 3 and html 5 and get the same problem

sure.

you can save elsewhere (on your computer) and use other characters in the file name/path.  but beware of local shortcuts to online storage (eg, onedrive) and non-web safe characters.

Also WOW! I've been trying for days to export to Video/Media, something that was never a problem previously, but haven't been able to, VERY frustrating! Just kept getting same error message - "Adobe Media Encoder failed to encode, please check the status in Adobe Media Encoder queue for more details!" Until I saw this suggested solution re-naming to alphanumeric characters & saving to desktop, tried it & it FINALLY worked! Thanks so much kglad for supplying this solution, but still totally mystified as to why this problem started happening in the 1st place and why this bizarre alphanumeric characters thing solves the issue, but hey, don't look a gift horse in the mouth eh?

.... and hopefully this problem will be fixed by Adobe in the next updates to Animate & Media Encoder?
