Some drop shadows disappear on publish

I have several lines of text and a logo animated on a background image, all of which have the same drop shadow filter applied. When I preview within Animate, everything looks exactly as it should be. However, when I publish and open the html file in a browser, two of the objects loose their drop shadows halfway through the animation. They're not gone completely; they do have them when the animation starts. But only a few frames in, they totally fade away. Why is this happening, why is it only happening to two objects, and why does it look fine in Animate but not Chrome? And how do I fix this?
