Sprite Sheet Gets Pixely And Blurry When I Export

Ok So When I Try To Export My Sprite sheet (looks Totally fine in the fla file)

but when i select all the stuff to export on the export sprite sheet page when i export it it gets blurry and pixely

and i dont know how to fix it can you please help

and also when i select png-24 it does not let me have a transparent background so please help me.
