Stoke do not reduce while transforming

Hello,
I am using adobe animate and Create basic Stroke lines. When I transform its size then only Stroke size wont reduce with transform tool. only color scales successfully.

Stroke size was 2, When scaled down to small size, stroke wont reduce or maintained with scaling.

How to fix this issue so that strokes maintained its proportion according to scale size.
