Timeline and Layout keeps resetting

So basically, I customized my timeline and layout, but whenever I exit the program and start it up again, it doesn't keep the changes. I have to manually change it back every time since some of the panels aren't adjusted properly and it gets really annoying

create a custom workspace by clicking the workspace icon at the upper right of the animate window,
