Just in case anyone finds this post looking for the answer or still needs To fix this problem;
Follow this path:
Turn on the "An" software
ctrl + Alt + del ---- on keyboard
click on task Manager
go to menu === Details
Choose the "An" software (Of course, the software must be running)
right - click on "Name" top of the column and choose "select Column" option
select the "GDI Objects" option and tick it
Close "An" and open it back up
I had to do this twice but it seems to work on the first try for others

I will say that I find it odd how much Adobe seems to let things slip. The Director of IT at the company I work for dislikes Adobe products so much because of stuff like this, he just cancelled $30,000/year worth of subscriptions our company was using.

Thanks for sharing a possible solution. This didn't change anything for me, but I had discovered months ago that I could still use the default assets, despite the error message. I rarely use them anyway, but it is always a concern when a warning or error message pops up on the screen.

I just open the program i this message pop up, i know my hardware its not the problem i just change everything. How do i fix this... im learning to animate and i pay for the monthly subscription... 😕

I experienced the same thing.
And it went away after disabling Rivatuner. tha'ts it.
Maybe other softwares that work the same way as Rivatuner can cause the same thing
