Unable to update my billing information!

I've tried to pay my monthly subscription of Adobe Animate CC, but I entered my card information and it didn't accept it at first, saying "There is an issue with your payment. Please update your billing information for uninterrupted service". I tried to use another card but then it showed me this message "We’ve encountered an error processing your information. Try submitting again, or use a different web browser."

I tried using other web browsers, and restarting my computer, nothing worked! It showed the same message over and over again!

Does anyone know what I can do to solve this problem? The date of my billing month period is getting close and I don't know what else to do.
