Upload a picture to .swf

Hi,

I have hired a Flash developer to create me a .swf file which allows user to upload a picture to the SWF, then do some other things. Now, when he showed it to me on his website (flashguru.in/elance), it works perfectly, but when he sent me the files (https://www.dropbox.com/sh/9a2kkyzv4b9bg48/Mbf3GNB9qQ), the uploading image functions doesn't work!

Can someone please help me with this?

is there some reason you can't ask your developer?

is there some reason you didn't want him/her to install the working files on your website?

The problem is, I do not have a website, I need this to work only on my computer.

then you're probably out of luck unless you install a scripting language on your computer. that language will need to be the same one used by your developer (typically php - but check the files sent by the developer).
