Use Pressure not working on Adobe Animate 2017

When I open Adobe Animate the program crashes several times when I move or do anything using the tablet.

Then it stops crashing but Use Pressure stops working.

I tried going to Prefrences>Drawing>Tablet Input but the Tablet Input option is missing.

And yes I was searching if anyone had the same problem but it didn't help.

and yes i installed the driver and it worked a while ago. for some reason it stopped


After a while I decided to factory reset my entire computer. After that i installed the drivers and all back. The pen pressure is back and everything is back to normal... (except my game files or smth lmao)

The option is not 'missing', because it was introduced in Animate 2020.

 

Check your drawing device driver settings and make sure Windows Ink is disabled for Animate.

This will increase the chances of pressure working as it should.
