Worst program I've ever used in my entire life

Fix it you idiots. I've never used such bugged crapware in all my life. It won't even play a short clip past 2 seconds it just freezes and f*cks up the rest of my animation.

I've tried GIFS, I've tried MOV I've tried FVL. FVL actually worked and played the full clip but was choppy and garbage... won't anything work f.f.s. The clip is only 5 seconds long I'm tearing my hair out and my eyes are about to explode...
