i have an Xp-pen artist 15.6 pro and im trying to learn adobe animate for simple animation, but i the short key and the pressure dont work proprely. the zoom wheel work only when i zoom out and there are no pressure when i use the pen. im new with this can someone help? thx
i have the last driver for my xp-pen (3.4.11) and the last version of animate.

Is not the same problem, i already try to switch the tablet monitor to the main monitor, but that didn't chaing anything

another problem im getting is like a shifting problem of the mause, when i try to click the file section, it open the view section... that's problem only happend in adobe animate, neither photoshop or other program have this problem

This could be related to having set different display scaling for your monitors.
Reset them all to 100% from your OS settings.

the OS setting are set by the system best preference.
the problem is when i try to click on file, it let me click it but immediatily after it switch to view tap. (only happend to the option tab)

Hi, in Animate, try going to Edit > Preferences > Edit Preferences... > Drawing; change the tablet input from Windows Ink to Wintab and see if it makes any difference.

In your driver settings, now that you have switched to WinTab, try to disable Windows Ink for Animate. This may have some effect on the way drop-downs behave.
