Unsure if anyone else has expereinced this, but I'm mixing two tracks in a Multi Track and everytime I save, close AA and reopen, my two tracks have slipped by a few milliseconds.
Glad it's not just me, but sorry to hear. It's a nightmare.
I'm in talks with Senior Technicians from Audition and they're looking into it. Have said they will call me on Monday to let me know if they find anything. Up to now it's been a head scratcher as no one has seen it before.
