Audition Tech loses my presets and favorites

Logged in yesterday, Windows... the Audition softtware is not recognizing my Focusrite 2i2 for some reason when I try to record.  All settings are correct, go though the restarts, etc.  Nothing.  Call Adobe, get an Audition tech who I give control of the computer.  He fixes it, but in the process erases all of my presets, favorites, keyboard shortcuts, the works.  I paid a vo guru guy hundreds of dollars for all of this.  Is there any way to retrive any of it?

Get back onto the Adobe person you spoke to, and ask them if he backed up all your Preferences files before replacing the whole lot with a vanilla set. If he did, then you may be able to recover some of your settings, but if he didn't, then I'm afraid there's absolutely no chance - it's that simple.
