Podcast Enhance Speech Web App - now downloading 64kbps MP3 files instead of WAVs ?

Hey there, hope this is the best place to post this as I couldnt find a place specifically for it (and I pay $10 a month for the service so kinda expected there to be an active area to report issues) :S

Which Ive been doing for over a year I upload a 320kbps MP3 and after enhancing instead of allowing me to download a high quality .WAV it instead sends me a 64kbps MP3 which kind of defeats the purpose of enhancing the audio.

Has anyone else had this issue or knows how to remedy it? I cant see an option to select a download format and as mentioned its always been .WAV for me in the past.

Have you tried converting your file to wav before uploading it? Whenever I've used it, it returns material in the same format it was sent in. In terms of support, you have to bear in mind that this is still a beta app, which is why there doesn't yet appear to be more 'structured' support for it available.
