Adobe Audition audio level

Hi,

I am planning to edit 5.1 surround mixing for a short film in Audition.

I have a little doubt regarding the volume level.

In the volume level , upto -12 is green / between -12 to-3 is yellow and betwenn -3 to 0 is red.

What are the better volume level i have to maintain in the 5.1 mixing for each channels?

Front left ? 

Front right ?

Rear left ?

Rear right ?

Centre ?

Subwoofer ?

I would make sur no channels go onto the red and I would adjust the relative levels of each channel untill it soumd right.
