Audition 3.0 asks for activation code

Although I downloaded Adobe's free CS2 several years ago, just tonight tried to install the Audition 3.0 that came with it but now it is asking for an activation code. Is there a code for Audition 3.0? I have the serial number given at the time of the giveaway but no activation code.

Sorry but that ship has sailed long ago.  The activation servers have been decommissioned and Audition 3 is no longer supported
