Audition Stuck on LoadingScreen, Won't Open, freez with no error!

hi all,

as i mentioned in images, when i strat Au, the loading dialog stucks(freezes) on : Loading(skybox-iris-wipe.prm) with no errors.. i tried these for solution but didnt work at ALL! DISappointg...

1. reinstall

2. tried newer versions than 2019

3. run as adminstration

4.reinstalling Windows(worked for a week but its dead again..)

As far as I'm aware that's a Premiere plugin. Try reloading Premiere and try again, although I must say that a) this doesn't load on my system, and b) I have no idea what Audition would do with it anyway!

WOW , i just searched these filse and removed them (also with back up)

and worked!

tried search "skybox"..

theres something worng with that files!
