Background noise

Hello...
What is the problem I need to solve in this audio file? It sounds windy but this is in my room. The room is quiet but not at a studio level. I used to do recording here. It was not this bad in the past. How can I fix this? I would appreciate your guidance. Thank you in advance.

This just sounds like a 'normal' room to me - noise floor around -55dB and the peaks at around -12dB. Are you using the same equipment as you were previously? If it really was quieter before, has anything in the surrounding area changed - like air con or heating being switched on? FWIW the background does sound a bit like a warm air heating system ...
