I am working with Narration files, All my rough work comes from a video in Premiere..
I am doing some preliminary work on say track 5 (Fades, edits),
I want to bounce that full track to a new track so I can then further edit in Wave form (using Denoise, etc.)
When i do my Bounce, it always turns it into a new stereo stereo track (Probs Dual Mono)
I have to then convert the file in wave form back to mono
Seems like an extra step.. How fo I fix?

How are you getting your file from Premiere into Audition? Are you using 'Eidi in Audition' from within Premiere? And where are you bouncing down the track?

I am exporting my sequence from Premiere to Audition
I have about 6 Different interview tracks
Each interview track is Mono
I do a bit of work on an inbterview track ( Trimming, crossfadesetc)
The I want to bounce that track out to a new track (using Bounce to new Track command)
And when I do this I always end up getting a dual mono track

All "Bounces" pass through the track output. You likely have a Mono clip on a Stereo track, so the bounce is stereo.
Quickest solutions would be:
Select the clips, right-click, and choose Merge Clips
Create a new Mono Audio track, move your clips there (hold SHIFT to lock in time), then bounce the Mono track

Hmm. That I'm sure would work..
Is there a fast way to make all my tracks mono, except for my Music Track?

Right now, you can't convert a track from one type to another. Creating a new track with the desired channelization and moving the clips there is the quickest method.
