can audition cc create the voice unrecognizable under windows?

just for fun , i watched yesterday 2 episode of tv show

Money Heist

and in the show an actor was able to make his own voice unrecognizable

again just for fun , can audition cc do it ?

and how?

i have found a tutorial but only for mac

The shown tutorial doesn't change the actors voice at all. It just uses Audition's Text to Speech function (which by the way does now work with a Windows PC as well). To make your own (or an actors) voice unrecognisable the easiest way is to use Pitch Adjustment in Audition to lower (or raise)  the pitch of the voice. However many speech effects always work best when you have started by recording your voice making it sound different naturally to begin with.
