Can't get Behringer X-Touch Compact to work fully with Audition 2020

I can't switch fader banks or change parameters in Behringer Editor software with Behringer X-touch Compact controller. I have it all set up in the AA controler prefferences for mackie and mapped to x-touch. Only volume, mute, channel select and solo work. And when I turn knob 15 on controller to switch fader banks, it only jumps to the next channel and that's all.So it is sort of working but not fully. It seems that I need to assign buttons in the Editor, but there is no option for that. The editor is looking at the x-touch as it should be. I can't find any support at all for the Compact, only for tht x-touch (not Compact model). Thanks for any help.

Did you ever get this figured out? I'm in the same boat about switching fader banks.

Thanks

I'm now getting suspicious, because this isn't the only controller that you can't assign buttons for in Preferences where you should be able to. I strongly suspect that there's a bug, and I'm going to report it as such.

I just figured out through trial and error that the fader banks are banks of 16. I know it doesn't make any sense. But in order to scroll through my Banks it wants each Bank to be 16 tracks. Plus throw eight empty tracks on the end of your 32 tracks in order to get access to both banks of 16. Now I know you can't control 16 faders at once so what you have to do is select a track and then use the single jog wheel to move from track to track. But you can also select a track at the beginning of any 16-track segments and move will send that. I know it's super confusing. But just end up creating 40 tracks and jump in between 2 Banks of 16 use the single track knob  to move within sections of 8.
